
Bill comes to Shining Rock Classical Academy with many years working with students dealing with challenges. After earning his Masters in Secondary Language Arts, Bill taught high school language arts in Henderson County, The Cherokee Central Schools, and Jackson County Schools. He taught literature, composition, and speech at Southwestern Community College and was a research faculty at Western Carolina University assigned to collaborative projects in international sustainable development. In 1997, Bill began working with students with spectrum issues and in 2002 students with social/emotional issues.
