Mrs. Z has spent the last several years developing our Title I program. She focuses on providing small group instruction for students who can benefit from additional support that has focused mainly in reading and literacy as well as some math. She has worked closely with our K-2 team to implement our UFLI phonics curriculum, and some might say that she’s “phonics obsessed.” Mrs. Z works hard to make sure that no students slip through the cracks. Her goal is to instill a love for reading and writing by giving students the tips and tricks they need to be successful. She has loved being a part of the SRCA team the past 8+ years. It’s been a honor to be a part of the growth and evolvement throughout the last decade. “Reading is a passport to countless adventures.”
As a parent of one wonderful little boy with another on the way, I understand the importance of teaching and how I am helping shape the future. That is not a responsibility I take lightly. I can assure you that I will always have your child’s best interest in mind and that I’ll do whatever I can to help them teach their full potential. Aside from school life, I love to spend time with my family and making memories along the way.
