WINGS Afterschool Program
Shining Rock offers an after school program from 3:05-6:00 pm daily on our main campus (2150 Russ Avenue). The WINGS after school program includes a healthy snack, homework time, and play time outside (weather dependent). To register for WINGS, fill out the registration form linked below. Please contact your child's teacher and call the front office or email the administrative assistant, Courtney Stephens, at cstephens@shiningrock.org to let them know about your child's transportation change to WINGS.
Cost and Payment
● Weekly Rate: $60 per week, per student -Sibling discount: $60 for the first child, and $40 for each additional child. This is a PRE-PAYMENT POLICY -In order to be eligible for a weekly rate, you must pay for the week in advance. These payments are due the Friday prior to the week you plan for your child to attend. If this payment is not received by the due date, your child will automatically be charged for the daily rate for the week.
● Daily Rate: $16 daily, per student. -Payments are due by Monday of the next week that your child attended after school.
● A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged for each child that is picked up after 6:00 pm.
● If payments are not made on time, your child will not be allowed to return until the payment has been received in full.
● Families may view and pay for WINGS balances online by creating a Procare account.
●Days and Hours of Operation - Monday- Friday from 3:25 PM - 6:00 PM
● WINGS Afterschool Program will be closed on all school holidays and teacher workdays.
● Students are sent to afterschool at 3:25 pm. If you would like to pick your child prior to 3:25 you may do so by going to the afternoon carline. If there is a transportation change please contact the front office.
