Carol worked at Walmart for 30 years as the Invoice Clerk for the majority of the time and then as a Department Manager. She was ready for a change and worked at a dental office for a year and then at Shining Rock Junior Academy for 6 months before coming up the hill to Shining Rock Classical Academy in the EC Inclusive class. She loves making a difference in her special friends' lives.
She has been married for almost 42 years. She has one daughter married and working in Kansas at NBAF with the USDA and one son married working in Charleston with Smith and Nephew. She also has one grandson and a granddaughter. She has 2 cats named Snoop and Jinx. She loves visiting her children and family, as well as hiking, camping, and taking rides on the Parkway.
